The Acai Berry Maxx does provide reasonably good information about the use of superfoods and the acai berry in terms of their abilities to help prevent certain diseases such as cancer, alzheimers and strokes. Pertaining to this, they show information from the University of Florida, which performed studies on the acai berry, proving that it did have the potential for destroying cancer cells.
The Acai Berry Maxx manufacturers, FX Supplements, show no customer testimonials for their product, nor do they have any FAQ section. In fact, most of the one-page site is devoted to ordering the free trial of the pill where they use the questionable sales ploy of urging the customer to order within the next four minutes to avoid disappointment (in the case of Acai Berry Maxx, there is even a clock on the site that counts down the minutes!).

There is next to no information regarding the Acai Berry Maxx product. No ingredient list is shown, which is obviously a concern to anyone with food sensitivities or allergies. It is known that the acai berry is rich in vitamins A, B1 and E, and is also a good source of omega fats, which will have a positive effect on the consumer’s health. However, because it is not known how much of the berry is in this particular formula, it is impossible to say just how effective it would be. Although the company claims that Acai Berry Maxx will help produce a flatter tummy, increase energy and detoxify the system, there is absolutely no evidence to back this up.

Acai Berry Maxx – The Bottom Line
Although the company urges the consumer to order the free trial, customers should be aware that by doing so, unless the order is cancelled within 10 days, they will start being sent and charged for, a supply of the product every 30 days. There are many problems with this: firstly, ten days from the day of ordering does not give the consumer enough time to adequately judge the product and secondly, there have been reports that once enrolled into the auto-ship program, it can be very hard to cancel.
Without knowing exactly what is in this product it is impossible to comfortably recommend it, particularly when it is one of the more expensive of the acai berry brands on the market, costing $79.95 per month.
