Internal Cleansing – Begin with Your Colon

By - Updated Oct 18, 2014

Making a mess of your health hardly takes any effort. However, to bring it back on rails is a gigantic task that demands all your skills and that of your doctors too. The best way to prevent the trauma of living under the fear of a bad health is to eat and drink well and everything else should follow. This is supposed to be the very first step in getting a thorough internal cleansing of you dear body.

Why Is Internal Cleansing Important?

Internal CleansingThe necessity of detoxifying the body through cleansing of various organs is rather important for two good reasons. One is to prevent accumulation of the bodily wastes and toxic matters in your physical system and the second is to get these out of your body through an organized internal cleansing regimen.

The major internal organs that should be periodically cleansed are colon, kidney as well as liver and gallbladder. Another area that may also form part of your internal cleansing regimen is a dental clean up – some infectious teeth could give rise to bad bacteria, which in turn can give off deadly toxins.

Internal Cleansing Begins with the Colon

Of all these organs, your colon is the one that is extremely crucial to your maintaining a good health. Colon is the place where your fecal wastes are collected, conditioned and then expelled from the body. Along with the feces the colon also eliminates the toxins, parasites and bad bacteria housed in your bowel.

Failure of the colon – mostly taking place due to bad diet or overeating – results in the burgeoning of the harmful matters that do not get properly eliminated by the ailing colon. The resultant toxicity automatically spreads to the other organs afflicting them in some degree or the other.

The main purpose if internal cleansing, or flushing of the most vulnerable organs, is therefore necessary to purge your body of the dangerous elements and then bring it back to a healthy state. Considering the nuisance value of your colon – obviously an exclusive breeding ground of toxins and other harmful matters – the internal cleansing process starts right from there itself.

Recommended Sequence for Internal Cleansing

The normally recommended sequence of the internal cleansing process is:

  • Colon First. The first step in internal cleansing involves – evidently so – your bowel, or the colon. The three main components of this part of the regimen include a specific colon-friendly diet (that includes lots of fiber), a thorough parasite cleansing (a special kind of internal cleansing regimen aimed at purging your colon and body of parasites) and finally, a comprehensive colon cleanse. The three actions can be taken concurrently or one after the other. This part of the regimen is a must and could extend from a few days to a number of weeks – largely depending on your specific condition.
  • Dental and Kidney Cleanse. The second act in the sequence is a dental cleanup as well as a kidney cleansing. While the kidney cleansing should be taken if there is any indication of stones or crystal formations inside your kidney, you should invariably take it if there have been any instances of pain in the kidney or a lower backache as well. Dental cleanup too should be taken if you have an infectious cavity/root canal, or have an amalgam filling.
  • Liver and Gallbladder Cleansing. The third step entails liver and gall bladder cleansing, which is rather mandatory. As a matter fact, one is required to get it done a number of times depending on your state of health.– about three times if you have no health problems and up to as many as 20 times if you have a chronic condition.

The sequence of the internal cleansing regimen given above should be taken only as a guide line. Your doctor or you could opt for a different sequence altogether. Nonetheless, it is preferable that you start the process with your colon and colon cleanse products. And stick to that special, colon friendly diet, until the end of your internal cleansing regimen at any rate.
