The Colon Diet – How it Works and What it can do for You

By - Updated Oct 18, 2014

Did you know that colon cancer is the second deadliest cancer in America? It is projected that 150,000 Americans will de diagnosed with colon cancer this year, and out of 150,000, a whopping 60,000 will die! It is a serious disease, and it comes from us – the foods we eat and the decisions we make. Our Western diet consists mainly of red meats, (most are injected with hormones) processed foods, chemicals and preservatives, fats and other things that our bodies were never meant to have, especially in such high quantities.

the colon dietOur colons simply cannot handle the amount of unhealthy foods that are passing through all throughout the day. Our bodies were designed to work efficiently and well, but when we sabotage ourselves, it is hard for our bodies to do their jobs the way they are supposed to – the way they were meant to.

People are starting to recognize that something needs to change in this country, and it starts with us. There are hundreds of different diets and diet pills out there that focus on everything under the sun, but diets that are specifically to help the colon have only been cropping up in the last few years. One new diet that is a great help to the colon is the colon diet.

The Colon Diet is a powerful but gentle colon cleanse that helps your body really get rid of toxins and waste that could sit around in your body for a long time due to all of the bad foods we keep eating. When you eat, the food is supposed to pass through you within a few hours, not stick around in your colon for days or even weeks! People who have gone on the Colon Diet report feeling healthier, more energetic, lighter, and some said they could feel a marked difference in their body within just a few days.

This diet is not a miracle cure, nor does it claim to be. You still have to practice good eating habits and start a regular exercise routine to lose weight. However, the pills do give that weight loss a significant boost. Dieters have reported losing 29 pounds in one month, 18 pounds in 2 weeks, and 25 pounds in 3 weeks. These testimonials are encouraging, and losing weight in the first couple of weeks of your diet is always a great motivator to continue. Some people on the Colon diet also said that after taking the supplements for a few days, they felt much more energized and started working out with much more enthusiasm than they had before the diet. This is because the diet will constantly flush out toxins from your body, and these toxins make you tired and sap your energy.

I recommend the colon diet, because it works and the supplements are safe to put in your body. In some cases, I’m sure it will be the only good thing that you have put into your body for a while!
